Booth Registration

To have a booth at the Green Dream Festival on January 17, 2009, please fill out this form. You can begin to set up any time after 7:30 AM. Please try to be completely set up no later than 9:45. Parking can be found in the front of the school. Let a volunteer know if you need help loading and unloading. Make sure to fill out ♣required fields. After submission, you will be redirected to the home page. Thank you!

    9. We are not charging any fee for presenting at our festival. However, any donations are welcome
    and would be used to help offset festival costs.

    10. One table and two chairs are included. Please indicate if you plan to bring extra and how many
    so we can allot space accordingly.
